2 1/2 sweet potatoes (quartered)
1/2 frozen spinach (coarsely chopped)
2 cinnamon powder
1 garlic powder
1 honey
1 butter (diced)
Directions
- Slice sausage.
- Wash and quarter sweet potatoes. Add to baking pan.
- Chop frozen spinach into tiny pieces and mix into the pan.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cover pan with foil and bake ~45 minutes at ~375 degrees.
